Description
We are looking for an Invoicing Clerk to assist with bookkeeping and business administration activities in our organization.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Handle sales enquiry, prepare quotation, delivery order, invoice and sales related documents
- Responding to customer email, taking orders from customers
- Ensure every invoice is accurate
- Keep a record of collected payments with customer information
- Handle day-to-day data entries.
- Taking on additional administrative tasks from time to time.
- Responsible for recording and filing the documentation in timely manner.
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Possesses at least SPM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Additional
- Salary depends on experience (RM2,000 - RM3,500)
