Description

We are looking for an Invoicing Clerk to assist with bookkeeping and business administration activities in our organization.

The duties and responsibilities include:

  • Handle sales enquiry, prepare quotation, delivery order, invoice and sales related documents
  • Responding to customer email, taking orders from customers
  • Ensure every invoice is accurate
  • Keep a record of collected payments with customer information
  • Handle day-to-day data entries.
  • Taking on additional administrative tasks from time to time.
  • Responsible for recording and filing the documentation in timely manner.
  • Follow-up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • Possesses at least SPM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Additional

  • Salary depends on experience (RM2,000 - RM3,500)
