Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager & Crew at Mohd Chan Malaysia in every outlet. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and overseeing food & beverage operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
  • Knowledge of Halal food practices is a plus
