Responsibilities

  • To assist Lead HRIS in managing HR Information System (HRIS) unit effectively.
  • Collaborating with Head of Departments and other stakeholders to determine HRIS, HR applications & digitalisations needs.
  • Plan and advise in the formulation, development and execution of HR system plans/programs/exercises in conformity with the Division’s strategy, mission and objectives.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR System in the areas of HR functional modules, HR Strategic Modules, HR Applications, HR Digitalisation.
  • Plan, monitor and analyse HRIS, HR applications & digitalisation performance metrics and resolve application issues.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of HR information systems.
  • Monitor administrator creating user accounts, managing access, and updating employees’ information.
  • Monitor information including annual leave, salaries, working hours and other related HR issues.
  • Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS, HR applications & digitalisations.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by analysing data regularly.
  • Work alongside Group Information Technology (IT) and vendors to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
  • Advise the HR Head Department on designing and planning user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentations.
  • Oversee and monitor all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the IT department.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day activities of HR information systems and data integrity in systems.
  • Monitor and collaborate with Group IT to perform regular tests on HRIS, HR applications & digitalisation.
  • Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and predictive modelling (what if scenario) to support talent management strategies.
  • Perform System administration for FGV HRIS Platform – Workday and SAP.
  • Able to manage Workday functional modules.
  • Provide L2 support to resolve any system related issues.
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned.
  • Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
  • Manages all assigned Incident & Change Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
  • Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
  • Perform system configuration and customization.
  • Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIS Platform proficiency in the end user base.
  • Support Technical Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
  • Provide training with end users in several ASPAC locations if necessary.
  • Participate in regional project activities with HRIS focus.
  • Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
  • Delivery of system and business process training for PCR.
  • Supporting HRIT Lead & Manager on work assignments.
  • Liaises with necessary FGV colleagues or business partners outside HRIS CoE to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in IT/ Human Resources or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner.
  • Practical experience in HR data migration and/or integrations projects, particularly during "to Cloud" transformation initiatives
