Task & Responsibilities
1.Customer Interaction & Consultation
- Greet Customer & discuss their vehicle's issues, concerns, and/or routine service needs.
- Explain the recommended maintenance services, repairs and associated costs estimate to customers.
- Perform preliminary diagnostics by gathering info on vehicle symptoms and customers' complaints. Answer any questions regarding service/repairs informed by the customers.
- Prepare Invoices & explain the detailed work done and actual costs of the services/repairs.
2. Service Coordination & Scheduling
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service, by ensuring optimal time management
- Prepare detailed work orders for technicians with clear instructions.
- Inform the Technicians' findings & recommendations to the customers, by notifying the work progress from time to time.
3. Customer Service & Follow up
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns & resolving complaints effectively
- Understand the vehicle warranty procedures in order to guide customers' vehicles in good order and condition.
Qualification & Experience
- Certificate/Diploma holders from a recognized college/institution.
- 1 to 2 years work experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with internship experience in an automotive workshop will be given preference.
