  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an Application System Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and availability of our software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborating with the IT team, you will participate in application testing, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to maintaining the reliability and performance of our critical software systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the IT team in testing, upgrading, and maintaining applications.
  • Monitor application performance and identify potential problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of application procedures and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest application features and enhancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1-3 years proven experience in application support and troubleshooting.
  • MUST have basic knowledge of programming
  • MUST have basic logic in software development
  • MUST have intermediate knowledge of SQL (MySQL and MSSQL)
  • Familiarity with software testing and maintenance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude and dedication to delivering excellent support.

WORKING LOCATION & WORKING HOUR: -
