Senior Application Engineer (Digital Test/Rf/Component Test)

Responsibilities

• As an expert of Company's Component Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application and configuration. Applications includes active/passive component test, compliance test, impedance analysis and material measurement.
• Understands and resolves customer's technical inquiry via remote channels such as phone, email, portal.
• Performs research which may include replicating customer's issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.
• Delivers start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.
• Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software and services to the Sales team.
• Creates and contributes technical articles to the CompanyCare Knowledge Base.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
• Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically, 8+ Years Experience in using Test & Measurement instruments for Component Test such as Vector Network Analyzer and impedance tester. Excellent understanding in microwave component test, compliance test and impedance analysis and material measurements.
• Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
• Possesses a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
