Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g: preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
- Prepare beverages following recipes.
- Serve beverages and prepared food.
- Always maintain and keep the bar and cashier area clean.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- Take inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma or professional certificate will be an added advantage.
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to problem solve quickly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
