Qualifications & experience

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to handle various tasks and changing priorities.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Manage and organize office records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Prepare the financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed to support the team and company objectives.
