Responsibilities

  • To undertake due diligence on tenancy
  • To draft, prepare and maintain the tenancy agreements
  • To review tenancy agreements to ensure the company interest is protected.
  • To ensure compliance of the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
  • To monitor, maintain and update list of tenancy agreements in particular expiry date
  • To ensure and maintain accurate records of tenancy transactions, tenant details and other relevant information.
  • To manage, organize and update weekly reports related to tenancy
  • Identifies administrative needs and develop appropriate solutions and recommendations methods in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of workflow and reporting procedures.
  • To work closely inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, utilities payment, fit-out, operations and compliance with authorities (licensing, permit etc.)
  • To attend to any matter or issues arising from tenancy agreements not stated above.
  • To supervise and manage the sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts for the mall.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lease administration or property management, preferably in a retail or mall setting.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and leasing principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse financial date and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin Speaking.
