Job Descriptions
- To provide legal advice in all legal matters including but not limited to corporate affairs, strata and litigation matters to the Company and Clients.
- To review, draft and vet various legal agreements, contracts, documents etc.
- To liaise and communicate with client, external solicitors and relevant parties; local authorities & governmental organization.
- To attend site meeting and to do minutes meeting
- To liaise with the Finance Department on payment of legal fees, billing of debtors’ accounts and outstanding rentals from tenants.
- To prepare monthly report and ensured all administrative paperwork is accurate completed and submitted on a timely basis.
- To analyses and review the insurance application and claims for the Company and Clients.
- To perform any other job functions that maybe assigned by the superior or Management as required from time to time
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant course
- Minimum 1 years experience in legal department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in property management is an advantage
- Posses own transport and willing to travel
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
