Trainee Sales Manager

Under the guidance of experienced managers, participate in comprehensive training programs designed to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of jewelry retail management.

Job Description:

• On-the-job training and in-house product knowledge training will be provided.

Gain exposure to various aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and merchandising

• To take charge for the efficiency of operational, productivity and profitability through the effective management of three main sources "people, stock & space" and comply with pre-set operational procedures.
• To carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlet performance in terms of profitability, sales revenue, customers' awareness and cost control.
• To maintain good relations with customers and promote the company's products.
• To seek feedback from customers on products bought and observe customer buying trends/buying power from time to time.
• To conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate promotion and sales strategy effectiveness and identify business opportunities as well as conduct business reviews to customers.
• To manage an outlet to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school , Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Target driven, highly motivated, possess leadership quality, self-disciplined & good communications skills.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
