Qualifications & experience

  • Possess a bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified.
  • Strong knowledge of SST and Income Tax.
  • Understanding of and familiarization with UBS Software.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR).
  • Min 5 years of experience in preparing full set of accounts.
  • Able to do tax forecast.
  • Able to handle HRDF planning and claim.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
  • Working Hour : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle full set accounts.
  • Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger & bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing budgeting reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in managing month-end and year-end closing.
  • Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company secretaries, Bankers and government authorities when required.
  • To liaise with internal department when required.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
