WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Enter daily collections promptly into the system.
- Monitor and diligently follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare journal entries for total collections.
- Handle credit notes and generate month-end reports.
- Verify invoices from dealers and monitor sales returns.
Sales Order Processing:
- Release sales orders efficiently to facilitate timely delivery.
Expense Claims Verification:
- Review and validate staff expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
Salesman Incentive Management:
- Check and prepare incentive calculations for sales personnel, along with related reports.
Month-end and Year-end Activities:
- Facilitate month-end closing procedures, including Accounts Receivable closing and preparation of month-end reports.
- Assist in year-end financial activities and reporting requirements.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
