Virtual Front Waiter / Waitress

Position : Happy Cashier

We are looking for front waiters who are fluent in Chinese and English and

able to work remotely to process customer orders through online channels.

This position is fully remote and allow you to work from home which is suitable

for job seekers with a dignified skills, and good communication skills, and

good customer service awareness.

Responsibilities

1. Receive and process customer orders via Zoom, and other online

platforms.

2. Assist customers with menu selections, making menu recommendations,

provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and

preparation.

3. Answering questions and sharing additional information with customers.

4. Ensure order information is accurate and entered into the POS system in

a timely manner.

5. Responsible to communicate with restaurant staffs to review daily

specials, changes on the menu and service specifications to ensure

smooth completion of orders.

6. Perform any duty assigned by superior.

Requirements

1. With good communication skills, outgoing, and dignified appearance.

2. Have proficient listening, speaking, and reading skills in English Chinese.

3. Proficient in using M/icrosoft Office software.

4. Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to handle

problems independently.

5. Working remotely with US Time Zones, and able to work in shift.

6. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Working Hours & Working Days

US Time Zone

Shift pattern ( Local Time )

- Shift A / 0100 - 0700 ; 6 hours working ( 45 min break hours)

- Shift B / 0700 - 1100 ; 4 hours working ( no break )

6 days per week

1 day off ( not on weekend )
