Responsibilities:

Senior Accounts Executive:

• Handle partial/ full sets of accounts for Malaysia and Singapore clients, using Xero and Autocount
• Perform monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closings and prepare management accounts/ accounting schedules for review
• Review management accounts and deliverables prepared by junior team members
• Prepare annual Employer's Return (Form E) and Personal Tax Returns (Form BE, BE, P)
• Process monthly payroll using cloud payroll software
• Assist in preparing consolidated accounts for holding companies, under guidance

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, MIA or other equivalent qualifications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Prior experience with an Accounting/ Audit Firm will be an added advantage
