Building Maintenance Technician

To work and coordinate with external contractors and service providers to upkeep the plant-wide facility systems.
Responsible to ensure smooth running of day-to-day facility operations.
Responsible to ensure all routine facility maintenance / inspection activities are carried out as scheduled.
Execute building and facilities upgrading / expansion project assigned by superior.
Responsible to establish inspection / maintenance systems for the facilities of the premises.
To attend to ad-hoc facility repair maintenance activities.
To coordinate and work closely with external contractors/ local authorities/ service providers for matters related to facilities.
To lead the janitors and manage the janitorial activities.
Ensure required safety meetings are conducted, documented, and reported monthly
Assist in maintaining the regulatory compliances of Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) within the organization.
