TECHNICIAN (PRODUCTION ENGINEERING ) - Full Time Position

1. Primary job function 1.1 To perform various machine set-up upon requested by production. 1.2 To perform audit, trouble shoot and maintenance of all equipment. 1.3 To perform change of model as per planning schedule. 1.4 To optimize the program as to achieve well balance cycle time. 1.5 To attend the machine immediately when break down and change model. 1.6 To monitor the machine performance during operation. 1.7 To operate the machine as requested by superior. 2. Duties and responsibilities 2.1 Ability to meet the knowledge, skills, abilities, physical requirement, and working conditions set forth in the essential function and responsibilities 2.2 Perform all work in a prompt timely manner, adhering to all attendance reliability policies and Procedures 2.3 Equipment setup and troubleshooting if any multifunction happen on the spot. 2.4 Strongly understand working of electronic circuit design for troubleshooting line fallout. 2.5 Notify production supervisor, qa and process technician if encounter any quality issues during testing. 2.6 Trains operator on proper testing and data entry procedures. Reporting testing results to all section as required 2.7 Plan and prioritize work to ensure efficient and timely complete setup equipment needed. 2.8 Routinely monitor production testing equipment, Perform daily golden sample verification. 2.9 Meets all required safety process, procedures, and ensures all safety aspect on their equipment. 2.10 Perform periodic maintenance on all assigned equipment. Able fabricate jig and fixture when there is a need to improve the processes. 2.11 Performing develop ICT test software for new model, On the spot debugging up to stable flow. 2.12 Able to perform shift work when required. 3. Qualification: 3.1 Certificate in Electronics Engineering & Telecommunications.
