HOMEKONGMART is a preferred online store to distribute products made in HK, by bringing a HOME feeling closer to anyone who loves the city. It also functions as a marketing agency to work across with different influencers, corporate account, HK brands company and others potential partners.

With the current expansion, we are looking for strong support to the team.

• Handles all administrative task including filing, purchasing etc
• Receiving / issuing stock and updating stock into inventory system
• Setup new business channels - offline and online orders
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Attend to customer queries
• Social media (IG / FB / Google) content creation management
• Assist with the delivery arrangements
• Plan and execute promotion aligned to business & festive events
• Running errands and any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Minimum "O" level or equivalent, prefer undergraduate student
• Great interpersonal, multitasking and communication skill
• Ability to follow through daily task
• Experience in logistic is a bonus
