Job Description:

Responsible for management, statutory and group reporting, development of business plans, budget and cash flow forecast.

Oversee recruitment, manage payroll system, staff benefit, yearly performance and appraisal.

Develop & implement HR policies to support company business objectives and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.

To handle legal and disciplinary matters including staff counselling in compliance with local Labor Law.

Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 5 years managerial/supervising of working experience in audit, financial accounting and HR.

Computer literate and skillful in Ms Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

Good command of written and spoken English will be an added advantage

Strong business analytical & problem-solving skills.
