Laboratory Assistant

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Prepare all samples required by Chemist and perform laboratory testing using various types of laboratory equipment.
• Monitor stability and packaging compatibility test for the new formulation.
• Upkeep Raw Material Specifications, Safety Data Sheet, and relevant documents.
• Monitor stability test on substitution of raw material (Raw material evaluation programme).
• Set up Standard Samples.
• To assist Chemist in an investigation of Product Complaints and the Product Recall process.
• Stock control for apparatus/reagents in the lab.
• Laboratory housekeeping.
• To assist Chemist in an investigation of Product Complaints.
• Data entry into the lab data system.
• Actively participate in GMP & ISO-related activities.
• To undertake any other assignments related to your scope of work mentioned above as directed by the management from time to time.

Needed skills:

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• knowledge of GMP & ISO will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Needed Education:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Science & Technology or equivalent.

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
