We are the first to have a Doctor-Approved weight management supplement in Malaysia, with rapid expansion plans for next year which includes diversifying our supplement range into Health and ultimately Fitness. These plans include further regional expansion across S.E.A, as we are currently selling in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable & organized candidate for our Customer Success Executive role. Ideal for candidates with Hospitality, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Business Development or Personal Assistant experience who want career progression.

This position would include a Full Basic Salary + Commission.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Success:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to any questions & helping customers with any challenges
  • Contact customers after they purchase to provide the right program to customers depending on their feedback
  • Guide customers throughout their journey based on their program
  • Help customers have the best experience in order to increase repeat purchases & customer loyalty
  • Maintain a positive & friendly demeanor while interacting with customers

2. Administrative:

  • Segment customers into groups
  • Manage customer databases efficiently
  • Monitor & update customer information & status into CRM system
  • Prepare & maintain customer reports to update Management team
  • Communicate customer information to Marketing team for content creation
  • Assist in the planning & coordination of events


3. Development:

  • Update Management & Marketing team with key feedback points of customer thoughts, challenges & opportunities
  • Contribute ideas on how the customer experience can be improved

Requirements

  • High dedication, reliability & responsibility
  • Proven experience in dealing with customers
  • A minimum of 2 years of WhatsApp Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multi-task & high organizational skills
  • Always maintaining a positive & friendly demeanor while interacting with customers
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Attend mandatory training for 'Vitera's Customer Journey'
  • Ability to work independently & proactively
