Responsibilities:
· Handle full set of accounts
· Prepare annual budgets and cashflow projections
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, updating of fixed assets register etc
· Preparing financial statements and accounting reports for month-end closing
· Work closely with the operation teams to ensure orders are properly processed and billed on a timely manner
· Ensure all the assets are recorded and depreciated in accordance to the policy
· Create and maintain vendor account and debtor accounts in the accounting system
· Liaise and communicate with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and government regulators for company financial and corporate matters
Requirements:
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Accounting
· Experience in full set of accounting and finance reporting
· Experience in property development, construction, and/or building industry will be preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Communicates effectively both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
