Clinic Assistant

We are looking for Clinic Assistants for

i) ISEC Sdn Bhd

ii) ISEC (Klang) Sdn Bhd

· Participate and ensure all patients are given safe and high-quality patient care.

· Assist the doctor in the clinic during the examination of patients, to coordinate and carry out doctor's orders.

· Perform visual acuity and eye dressing.

· Practice a high standard of aseptic technique, observe and implement Infection Prevention and Control SOP. Keep up-to-date records on all infection cases seen in the clinic.

· Ensure that all medical equipment in the clinic is in good working condition and report to the superior if they are faulty.

· Ensure that the clinic working surfaces are clean and disinfected before the clinic starts and disinfected after patients with infectious conditions like conjunctivitis.

· To be able to identify priority cases and inform the clinic doctor.

· Ensure that all consumables and eye drops used in the clinic are available and stocks are within the expiry date.

· To record the date of opening on all eye drop bottles used in the clinic and to ensure it is only used for 1 month from the date of opening.

· Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory of all clinic equipment and instruments.

· To report to the superior all incidents/accidents that happened to patients and staff in the clinic.

Requirement:

- Minimum SPM/Certificate in Ophthalmic Assistant.

- Working experience is not a requirement but an added advantage.

- Good command of written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Computer literate.

- Team player, good communication skills, cooperative, reliable, committed, and pleasant personality.
