The Position

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and the execution. Your role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of the healthcare system by implementing and marketing innovative in-vitro diagnostics solutions, digital products, and other healthcare technologies.

You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

In this role, you will

Marketing & Product Management

  • Analyzes the evolving market environment, develops strategies such as customer segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, communications, and pricing, and ensures effective rollout of strategies to the marketplace.

  • Develop a marketing plan outlining initiatives for the responsible products. Set strategic direction for the organization.

  • Manage and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), build testimonies, and share best practices across internal and external stakeholders. Form strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, medical associations, and trade partners.

  • Lead the team in portfolio management, including instruments and inventory management; launch planning and lifecycle management.

  • Plan and execute marketing activities such as product campaigns/promotions and exhibition booths. Provide product training and develop selling aids and value stories.

Digital Solutions

  • Lead the implementation and support of digital products that add value beyond traditional laboratory settings.

  • Drive the transformation of the healthcare system through digital innovation and the adoption of Roche-developed and 3rd party-developed digital solutions. Identify and develop opportunities for digital products that align with healthcare transformation goals.

  • Drive new business cases and build a solid market foundation for digital solutions, including general awareness and evaluation activities for new business development.

Who You Are
You are someone who are/have:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience designing and delivering healthcare solutions

  • Passion for the healthcare industry – A thought leader with good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem

  • Experience with C – level customer engagements and vision selling of Healthcare Solutions

  • Experience and success in negotiating complex deals and partnerships with customers and partners

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members. Understand the intersection between clinical healthcare, technology applications, and trends.
