  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to HEAD OF STUDENT AFFAIRS AND ALUMNI DEPARTMENT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the Alumni Relations Unit

2. Manage and maintain a comprehensive Alumni Register Database

3. Develop and manage International Alumni Chapter

4. Develop and manage Homecoming Events and activities

5. Create and manage Alumni Newsletter

6. Manage Alumni Recruitment exercise

7. Develop Alumni Association and related activities and contents and benefit to maintain good alumni relationship with the university ie.

a. Alumni Association Web Page Management

b. Social Activities

c. Business Networking

d. Partnership developments

e. Alumni Privileges

8. Manage Tracer Study on all alumni building from the start of the organisation

i. Provide the necessary report on Alumni background and status

ii. Identify notable alumni

9. All other projects assigned
