Core Duties and Responsibilities

A. Admissions and Student Services

  • Develop collateral to support program promotions (videos, flyers and social media posts)
  • Engage with prospective students to provide accurate information regarding enrolment in programs
  • Engage with enrolled students to provide high quality student services from registration to graduation
  • Engage with alumni to maintain and promote loyalty to College
  • Enter accurate data into the College’s Student Information System (CODA) to facilitate the output of enrolment data and statistics every semester

B. Office of Institutional Assessment

  • File all assessment papers physically and electronically for easy retrieval
  • Administer semester exam schedules and exams during the assessment weeks
  • Participate as an internal quality auditor to audit other departments in line with the College’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

In addition to the above, the Student Affairs officer may also be called upon to contribute to the College’s development, on areas which are in his/her expert ability, as assigned and mutually agreed with the Registrar/designate.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (any field). Knowledge of music is advantageous
  • Good written and spoken English Language. Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
  • Prior work experience in college/university examinations or registrar department is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and/or Social Media engagement
  • Must be a people oriented person who genuinely enjoys engaging with young adults and parents
