  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key elements of the job:

  • Oversee the entire product management lifecycle.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the securities industry to develop strategic product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the business team to gather and analyze user requirements, proposing features and enhancements.
  • Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories to outline product functionalities, interfaces, and user experience needs.
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, including UAT testing and user training.
  • Monitor performance and user feedback for launched products, analyze data, and recommend improvements and new features.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the securities industry or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of the securities industry, including markets, trading processes, client account opening, CRM and related products.
  • Proficient in product management methodologies and tools, such as market research, competitive analysis, user research, and agile development.
  • Skilled in requirement gathering and analysis, with the ability to clarify product functionalities and optimization directions.
  • Capable of developing product roadmaps and creating PRDs and user stories.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work across departments with development, design, and marketing teams to drive product development and promotion.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Awareness of technology trends and innovations, applying them to enhance products.
  • Ability to continuously improve products and processes in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of agile development is a plus.
  • Experience with equity, futures, funds, bonds, FX, Virtual Asset trading platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
