Participate in assisting management on the Company's Food Safety @ HACCP, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health policies, objectives and practices. Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analysing information, researching, preparing drawings, schematic, and diagrams; evaluating components, materials, and suppliers; resolving design integration issues; developing specifications and safety standards, performing installations. Develops project plan; controls project time and costs; analyse, evaluate & execute preventive and corrective actions to achieve the project target and expectation. Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and actions items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, escalating project completion impediments. Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements, preparing permit applications, plans and compliance reports. Prepares guidelines by describing operational and testing methods and procedures. Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends, entering data, performing calculations and generating reports and presentations. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing system, policies and procedures. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees planning, monitoring and appraising job results, conducting training, implementing and enforcing system improvements. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standars, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problem, identifying trends, recommending system improvements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge and legal compliance/ competency as required by regulations. Undertakes any other tasks and duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
