- Responsible for overall daily warehouse operation & logistic requirement. Handling internal & external customers complaint and take prompt action to resolve daily operations & logistic issues.
- Ensure warehouse team complete shipment 2 local trips & 1 outstation daily before the fixed cut-off time, ensure dispatch and courier deliver on-time.
- Supervise, coach and train the warehouse workforce in tackling and resolving issues related to Warehouse & Logistics operation.
- Manages 3PL service provider. Updates weekly & monthly delivery performance report. Closely monitor if there is any delivery issues and react immediately.
- Monitor HOLT RX daily shipment, ensure next day delivery by courier. Escalate timely if there is any shipment delay and closely follow-up with courier CS.
- Oversees the discipline of warehouse team and the team’s compliance to SOP & rules & regulations.
- Responsible for 5S in warehouse and making sure the warehouse is always a clean and safe place to work in.
- Ensure inventory accuracy of physical lens and in system, by making sure warehouse team operates with guided SOP and best practices in place.
- Monthly cycle count planning, count sheet verification and result reconciliation. Investigate reasons for variance and make improvement plan to address the root cause.
- Prepare the detailed schedule for the whole mid-year and year-end stock take, manpower arrangement, one of the person-in-charge for variance verification.
- Responsible for consignment inventory movement record in system.
- Planning for packing materials used in warehouse based on inventory on-hand and usage. Review with SCM manager and raise PO in AX.
- Ensure daily operation run smoothly & efficiently. Execute contingency plan in case of emergency and/or normal operation flow is disrupted.
- Communicates new policies, guidelines & SOP and disseminate information to warehouse team timely.
- Leads and motivates the warehouse team to achieve team’s KPIs.
- Lead the sustainability and cost efficiency initiatives.
