JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

  • Manage and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, selecting, conducting pre-hiring activities and pre-employment checks, and negotiating offers with successful candidates
  • Responsible for overseeing all stages of the employment lifecycle, from on boarding to the off boarding process
  • Prepare contract and HR related documents for the newly recruited employee

Payroll:

  • Responsible fully for monthly payroll processing using HR2000 Quick Pay System
  • Responsible for payroll statutory: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and matters related monthly/salary
  • Prepare annual EA form & income tax filling
  • Ensure salary revisions, staff movements, and updates prior to and following each salary cycle


General HR Duties:

  • Monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality, leave application and prepare weekly attendance reports
  • Address employee relations matters, including attendance issues, work complaints or other employee concerns
  • Responsible for issuing letters including promotion, increment, probation extension, termination, disciplinary, show cause, and warning letters
  • Collaborate closely with external agents to facilitate the processing of work permits for foreign employees
  • Ensure HR administrative duties include maintaining and updating employee records, leaves and HR documents
  • Administer the establishment of HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance, while overseeing training and development
  • Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) working experience in HR role
  • Must be familiar with employment act
  • Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-discipline, and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
