RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide Presales support to the Business Development division
· Work with Business Development team to propose solution and services to customers
· Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for customer.
· Assist in a presales role in responding to customer’s tenders and RFPs ability to understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions
· Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
· Maintain long-term relationships with eco-system partners and vendors
· Continuous learning and certifications of partners’ products
· Ensure required cost proposals and supporting documents are prepared timely, accurately
· Prepare detailed costing break down, quotation, unit rates for each proposed system design
· Perform evaluation of supplier’s proposal including technical analysis in the cost estimations
· Provide cost advice to proposal teams in conjunction with proposal objectives
· Present draft proposal budgets for cost proposal reviews
· Establish and maintain the database on costing price and assist in standardizing cost for company product to be used for tendering/budgetary
· Work closely within department and across department to ensure tender/proposal completed according to requirements.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· Fluency in written English is MANDATORY.
· Good technical background and education
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
· Positive mindset, independent and hardworking
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
. Ability to work overtime (after working hour, weekend and PH)
· Strong financial management and product costing experience
· Strong teamwork skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Experience about ICT in 3 to 6 years
· Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
· Intermediate level in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
QUALIFICATION LEVEL
· A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an Information Technology or Electrical, Business Management or any related
