Designation: Finance Executive
Entity: Zouk Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd
Reports to: Finance Manager
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for GL, Account receivable and Account payable functions
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting
• Assist in preparation and submission of local tax and statutory requirement
• Ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist in coordination with auditors and preparation of accounting schedule
• Coordination of stakeholders which includes internal department and external and vendors
- Manage ad-hoc assignments when required
- Knowledge AR & AP
ROLE REQUIREMENT
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or relevant qualification
• Good Excel Skills, experience with SAP or ACCPAC will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills especially in English and Chinese
• Proactive, dynamic and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Must be responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and possess initiative
