Senior Building Executive / Assistant Building Manager

Job Highlights:

• Manage and oversee the building management of residential or commercial projects
• Salary will commensurate with applicant qualifications, experiences, attitude and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be ready to be assigned in a project located at Kuala Lumpur city center
• Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage and very critical

Key roles and responsibilities:-

• To oversee the management of building operations, maintenance, finance, housekeeping and security

Skills & Experiences:-

• Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Property/Estate Management, Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, Building Surveyor, Construction, Finance, Accounts or its equivalent.
• Candidate without recognized qualification but have extensive exposure of property management service are welcomed to submit application
• Candidate with technical/engineering background is encouraged to apply
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property management industry
• Exposure and knowledge of Statutory Acts/Building/Planning/Local Authority By-laws would be an advantage
• Must be well versed in property management function covering operations, upkeep and financial management
• Possess good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage as this is required to communicate with various stakeholders
• Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel and good analytical skills
