We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across assigned salons.
  • Visitations: Weekly schedule for checks and visitation to the various outlets.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate salon managers and staff to achieve sales goals and improve customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive trends.
  • Outlet Expansion: Analysis/ hunting in MY locations for opportunities to open outlets.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for upper management.
  • Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process for salon staff, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with our company values.
  • Staff Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, including training programs, recognition, and career development opportunities.

Requirements:

Education: A minimum of SPM/STPM graduation is required, and at least a diploma in any field is preferred. CIBTAC and CIDESCO qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Senior Sales Management experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Some flexibility in work hours.

Travel:

Mandatory around MY states.
