  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: HR Executive (Chinese Speaker)
Location: Masai, Johor

Salary: RM 5,000 to 6,000 (negotiable based on last drawn & experiences)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment processes, employee records, payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and contributing to continuous HR policy improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment: job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interviews
  • Prepare employment letters and manage employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory contributions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate internal/external training and HRDF claims
  • Address employee misconduct and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in HR policy development and documentation
  • Travel to Desaru approximately three times a month (schedule varies).
  • Conduct orientation for new staff upon joining at Desaru.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Psychology, Mass Communications, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (advantageous)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
