OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to ASEAN Regional Talent Management (TM) Head and Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor to drive the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and policies for contact center businesses within Transcosmos ASEAN (TC ASEAN).
  • Administer and monitor data analytics of talent acquisition within TC ASEAN’s contact center businesses.
  • Support the implementation strategies of talent acquisition, on boarding, succession and retention programs and processes across contact center businesses of TC ASEAN.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by and ASEAN Talent Management Head & Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the R-TA Supervisor, execute, implement and continuously improve robust and strategic talent acquisition efforts for TC ASEAN.
  • Responsible for the R-TA analytics function including researching and presenting assigned data, developing ad hoc reports or metrics, assisting in implementation of human resources programs and ensuring reports are fully compliance with guidelines.
  • Analyze data to derive trends within TC ASEAN contact center business to provide insights into process improvement and initiatives.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
  • Actively monitor and manage risks in the execution of all talent acquisition and retention related initiatives to ensure compliances with TC ASEAN and TCI regulatory and policies

  • Analytical skills: the ability to emphasize a logical, rational approach to tackling new ideas, sorting information, and discovering creative solutions from data analysis.
  • Data visualization skills: the ability to identify or uncover patterns, correlations and trends from data and crafting the right visuals to deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Computer skills: capable to utilize functionality of MS Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Drives, Forms & Spreadsheets) to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem solving skills: respond quickly and appropriately to talent acquisition & retention related challenges: follow up in a timely manner on issues not immediately resolvable
