- Assist in all basic Quantity Surveyor(s) task, valuation, measurement and any related quantity survey matters assigned by Senior QS.
- Able to liaise with architects, internal/external QS, contractors and project team.
- Assist in tender exercise, prepare price built up rate, calling quotations, price comparison, calculation and other related quantity survey tasks.
- Compile, evaluate and update costing, filing tender documents, drawings and also archiving works.
- Fresh graduates in degree Quantity Surveyor are encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and computer literacy is essential.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, initiative, resourceful, possesses high passion for details, discipline, hardworking and a team player.
- Good communication skills with all interrelated level departments.
- Maintain and organize important documents, such as project files, contracts, and correspondence. Proper filing systems are crucial for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and organizational standards, including data protection regulations.
