Job Description

  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) throughout the Company, including any business accreditations.
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for company business nature.
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
  • Conduct ISO 9001 Quality Systems audits and assist in training guidance to other internal auditors & work with safety officer to conduct ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audits.
  • Host external & customer Quality System audits and coordinate with internal relevant department, follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation and verification.
  • Provide briefing or training to relevant employees on Quality issues & Company Document Control procedure.
  • Coordinate the review of Quality procedure associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for company documents control and maintain the integrity of controlled documents, obsolete document follows specified retention period.
  • Oversee and maintain the on-time internal & external calibration for company equipment.
  • Work with Quality Engineer to maintain the pre-treatment & coating quality justification follow control plan.
  • Establish Supplier Audit Plan and work with Quality Engineer on routine supplier audit.
  • Work with purchasing department to obtain the relevant COC/reference coupon such as powder colour panel, standard parts CoC, surface treatment CoC & CoCs filling.
  • Assist Quality Manager in monitoring the quality objective (KPI) and analyzing performance.
  • Other ad hoc job task arranges by Immediate Superior.

Job Requirement :

  • Degree in a related field. Has Metal fabrication is added advantage.
  • Able to speak & communicate in Malay, English & Mandarin to coordinate with China counterpart.
  • Good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management.
  • Able to work independently with low supervision.
  • Good communication skills as a leader with teams and other departments.
  • Computer skill is essential and fast learning in ERP system or any system program.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to motivate and facilitate cross-functional team members in an international, multi cultural environment.
