Deposit Product Manager

Description

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full spectrum of deposits products. This involves providing thought leadership into the development of product roadmap for deposit product portfolio.
• Develop compelling product propositions, conceptualize and execute strategies to grow the deposits portfolio which involves launching new products and initiatives, as well as planning & executing activities in line with business goals.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to optimize current operational frameworks and to drive process improvement projects
• Work with various stakeholders to design marketing & segment programs, including developing & running acquisition & retention campaigns.
• Manage pricing and margins to grow the portfolio to meet financial objectives
• Conduct market & competitors analysis
• Manage regulatory, system & promotional reporting requirements
• Support day-to-day product & service enquiries from branches & contact center

Qualifications

• Experience in product management & product development processes in Islamic Banking is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, project management, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong operational knowledge, with understanding of end-to-end product life cycle.
• Able to work independently without much supervision as well as a strong team player
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Self-motivated with high level of drive, initiative and commitment
• Resourceful and Innovative
• Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines and overcoming challenges.
• Ability to think strategically and implement effectively
