JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders and payments.
  • Coordinating with sales team and other department to ensure smooth transaction.
  • Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients' inquiries.
  • Handle administration functions inclusive office admin.
  • Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 1-year working experience in related field or fresh grads are welcome to apply too.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and counterparts)
