JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders and payments.
- Coordinating with sales team and other department to ensure smooth transaction.
- Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise with internal and external clients' inquiries.
- Handle administration functions inclusive office admin.
- Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent.
- 1-year working experience in related field or fresh grads are welcome to apply too.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and counterparts)
