Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
  • To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company’s policy and procedure.
  • To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, skype, phone or in-person.
  • Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/LCCI or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail industry would be added advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision.
