Job Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to achieve the business objectives and agreed sales budget for your specific outlet whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperative of the company in your day-to-day business. You would be business partnering to our wholesaler/ outlet owner to implement channel strategies, plan to fulfil and achieve specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands in assigned outlet universe.

Job Responsibilities

You would be business partnering to our wholesaler/ outlet owner to implement channel strategies, plan to fulfil and achieve specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands in assigned outlet universe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic Brands in assigned outlet.
- Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at trade level.
- Proactively identifying potential outlets, negotiate and implement promotion action in line with agreed standards.
- Constantly review and make recommendations to immediate superior, the appropriate level of credit and decoration to trade accounts to ensure credit exposure risks to the company are minimized.
- Fulfill sales related target set by sales management.
- Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of Aspire.
- Full engagement with Salesforce and QLIK in tracking and reporting of Aspire Adoption KPI’s (customer segmentation, collage, surveys, meeting notes, activations etc.)
- Experience in sales, focusing on the HORECA and on-trade channels.
- Good understanding of on/off and/or e-retail channels.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Effective, agile, hungry to develop the business and engage with customers.
- Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Thorough Wine/Spirit product knowledge is highly desirable.
- Great communicator & problem solver.
- Comfortable working outside of regular hours.
- Able to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
