Responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with all statutory regulations and guidelines as well as maintaining standards or corporate governance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist the superior in the preparation of pre and post Board of Director’s meeting, Board Committee’s meeting, Management meetings and other ad-hoc meeting as instructed by superior.
  • To assist the superior in preparation of draft minutes, extract and circular resolution.
  • To assist the superior in the lodgment of relevant secretarial documents as and when necessary and act as the liaison officer of the Company with the Companies Commission Malaysia, external parties and/ or internal clients.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents.
  • To assist in the preparation of Board Papers and other Management Reports.
  • Provide assistance to other business units on queries for secretarial matters, providing extract of documents and CTC copies of meeting minutes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • ICSA qualification or relevant degree.
  • Able to work independently and to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated, meticulous, independent with strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high integrity, commitment and initiative.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience.
