  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Distribution Centre(s) complies with and maintains all Food Safety Management Standard, Good Warehouse Practice, Quality Management System (QMS), Social Workplace Accountability (SWA) & Distribution Quality Management Process (DQMP), OPEX.
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
  • Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records.
  • Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide warehouse information as requested.
  • Assist management in recycling material in the warehouse.
  • Regularly enter inventory data into JDE on a timely basis.
  • Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly documented in the daily receipt log.

Qualification:

  • Minimum SPM or school leaver
  • More than 1 year of work experience in warehouse and familiar with warehouse management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in data entry and multitasking.
  • Familiar with shipping, logistics activities and other related activities and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skill both in Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent computer skills – any Warehouse Management System & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Proactive, result oriented and a good team player.
  • Willing to work on shift-basis, weekends, festive season.
  • Willing to work 6 full days
  • Willing to work in Menggatal, Sabah
