Job Description:

  • Responsible to handle and execution of HR functions including updating annual leave, letter preparation, new staff orientation, exit interview in a proper and efficient manner
  • Maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and improve staff appraisal form, employment letter and non-disclosure agreement
  • Liaise with government authorities for various registrations and licensing when required.
  • Handle and advises Management in disciplinary issues, staff and workers counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee relations matters in compliance with local labour laws.
  • In charge of monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities such as EIS, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN & HRDF
  • Work closely with department heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters.
  • Overseeing office administrative functions including office refreshment, maintaining of office building & equipment, housekeeping, stationery purchase, etc.
  • Handle on company renewal of insurance, staffs group PA and etc.
  • Plan & execute office activities and social events when necessary
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • Strong coordination, administration and organizational skills with great attention to details. Ability to multi-task and manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines with a limited degree of supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Trustworthy and respect confidentiality personality
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skill & able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, word ,Power Point,Outlook,Teams)
