Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Maintain and handle daily account transaction.
- Responsible for daily accounting operations and to ensure compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements/ guidelines.
- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management report, cash flow management, forecast and budgeting.
- Responsible for the timely closing of monthly account.
- Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc.
- Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
- Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors.
- Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and function as and when assign by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy, or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a property development / management accounting.
- Experience in using Excel Spreadsheet.
- Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts, monthly financial reports and assist in credit control, billing and collection as well as assist in any other accounting related works.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
- Proficient in English and Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Responsible, Meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur – Old Klang Road
