- Assist with scheduling and managing meeting room bookings, as well as coordinating deliveries and mail distribution.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support the operational and administrative needs of our coworking space. This role is essential in managing paperwork, handling financial records, and assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in accounting or administrative support, with a strong ability to keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Background in accounting, finance, or administrative support, with knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support the coworking space’s operations in a collaborative manner.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation, maintaining professionalism in member interactions.
