Resident Doctor – Men’s Health Solutions

HIM Clinic is a cutting-edge men’s health clinic dedicated to treating Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Premature Ejaculation (PE). As both a physical wellness center and an innovative online clinic, we focus on integrating advanced digital healthcare solutions with personalized treatment plans to deliver exceptional patient care. Our goal is to enhance men’s overall wellness with an emphasis on technology-driven healthcare services.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical capabilities and elevating the patient experience through telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and data-driven clinical solutions. You will be responsible to bridge the gap between clinical practice and digital health innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of digital health platforms such as telemedicine and EHR systems, ensuring seamless integration with clinical workflows.
• Provide clinical leadership for men’s health services, focusing on ED, PE, and overall wellness, while utilizing data analytics to improve patient outcomes.
• Drive technical projects aimed at improving patient engagement, satisfaction, and the overall digital patient experience.
• Collaborate with IT and medical teams to ensure continuous improvement of clinical software solutions and medical devices.
• Train medical and support staff on the use of digital tools and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all digital health operations align with clinical guidelines and patient-centered care.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives focusing on the integration of technology into men’s health services, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.
• Research and introduce new digital health technologies that enhance the patient experience and promote the clinic’s exclusive products, including Him Coffee, SprayUp, and Her Coffee.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS) or equivalent, registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with a strong background in men’s health.
• Proven experience in digital healthcare platforms, telemedicine, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Technical proficiency in health informatics, medical devices, or healthcare IT systems is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects that combine clinical expertise and technological innovation.
• Knowledge of data analytics and its application to improve patient care and optimize clinic operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a technical and clinical environment, while staying up-to-date with emerging healthcare technologies.
