Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze products and services to identify ideal target audiences, considering factors such as product cost, purpose, and market competition.
  • Propose innovative ad concepts and strategies to increase product awareness and expand into new market segments.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure proper setup and creative execution of campaigns.
  • Propose campaign budgets and track spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget, while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROAS across META, TikTok, Google platforms, and programmatic placements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, comparing results against historical data, industry trends, and seasonal insights.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including META (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Relevant experience on Paid Media Specialist will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Programmatic Ads is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Familiarity with advertising in agency environments or similar settings is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake ad hoc projects when required.
