Task & responsibilities
- To achieve sales and profit KPI set by the company.
- To develop strategies and business plan for sales growth and development.
- To effectively plan, execute and review sales and promotion activities.
- Understand the customer’s business and drive business relationship.
- Trading term negotiation and customer collaboration.
- To maintain close contact with all necessary personnel within customer and company to resolve challenges, issues and queries as they arise.
- To manage expenses efficiently within the given budget.
- Chain, market and competitors analysis/JBP for business development when necessary.
- Perform other administrative work duties as assigned or required.
Qualification & experience
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma preferably with Culinary or hospitality background.
- At least 2 years working experience with good knowledge of Food Service Market. Understands basic sales function i.e key account customer sales.
- Good planning, forecasting, communication problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Success in several diverse sales roles will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated individual with positive work attitude.
- Posses own transport.
