Task & responsibilities

  • To achieve sales and profit KPI set by the company.
  • To develop strategies and business plan for sales growth and development.
  • To effectively plan, execute and review sales and promotion activities.
  • Understand the customer’s business and drive business relationship.
  • Trading term negotiation and customer collaboration.
  • To maintain close contact with all necessary personnel within customer and company to resolve challenges, issues and queries as they arise.
  • To manage expenses efficiently within the given budget.
  • Chain, market and competitors analysis/JBP for business development when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative work duties as assigned or required.

Qualification & experience

  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma preferably with Culinary or hospitality background.
  • At least 2 years working experience with good knowledge of Food Service Market. Understands basic sales function i.e key account customer sales.
  • Good planning, forecasting, communication problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Success in several diverse sales roles will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with positive work attitude.
  • Posses own transport.
